Boyd R. Zoccola

Chair and Chief Elected Officer, BOMA International

Boyd Zoccola has spent more than 20 years in commercial real estate, including roles owning, operating and developing real estate. He has been involved in BOMA International in a variety of capacities, both on the local and international levels. He served for four years on the BOMA International Executive Committee and six years on the Finance Committee. He has also been active in BOMA´s Medical Office Buildings Committee. He served as president of BOMA/Indianapolis from 2007–2009.

Zoccola joined Hokanson Companies Inc. in 1989. In his role as executive vice president, he focuses the majority of his efforts in the area of development and has been intimately involved in the development of more than $400 million of real estate. He is an Indiana Real Estate Principal Broker.

Who we are

BOMA is an international organization with more than 106 local associations.

The Building Owners and Managers Association of Central Pennsylvania is a professional trade association whose members either own or manage commercial real estate or provide goods and services to the industry.

We are 501c6 nonprofit organization serving the advocacy, education and networking needs of commercial real estate professionals in the Greater Central PA Region.

The weekly BOMA Bulletin email and our quarterly Inside BOMA Newsletter provide up-to-date industry news, a schedule of upcoming events and meetings, and other information to assist you and your company. The BOMA Hotline Alert program notifies security directors in member buildings of incidents in and around member buildings.
